We take immense pride in delivering top-notch products to our valued customers. Each product undergoes meticulous inspection, ensuring it meets our quality standards and is packaged with utmost care. Our goal is for you to absolutely adore the products you receive.


Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, we might face inventory issues or quality checks that may lead to the unavailability of the product(s) you've chosen. In such cases, if your order needs to be canceled, we'll promptly notify you in advance. For orders made through online payment, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment upon confirmation by our team.


In the rare instance that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and there are no inherent issues with the device, you have the option to return it within 10 days of the delivery date under our "Change of Mind" policy. Please note that a deduction of 20% plus 150 SAR will be applied. For purchases made on an installment plan, these amounts will be deducted from the total amount.


To be eligible for a return, the device and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as received, without any physical damage or signs of misuse.

Please note that if the packaging was missing any of the accessories originally sent along with the device, the amount to be refunded will be subjected to deductions.


Upon receiving and inspecting the returned device, our quality check team will ensure a full refund within 14 days if the claim is valid. Otherwise, a deduction of 20% + 150 SAR will be applied.


If the device shows signs of misuse or if any items are missing, it won't be eligible for a refund and will be returned in its current state.
