What is not covered by Revibe warranty?Updated 4 months ago

In the rare case that your device has issues, Revibe has your back. We'll sort out the return and service through our seller, you need to let us know about the problem within the warranty's 12-month period. Just keep in mind, that the device can't have any physical or accidental damage for this to apply.

Exclusions:

Damage caused by liquids won't be covered.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues that don't impact device functionality are not included.

Negligence or intentional tampering resulting in damages is not covered.

Loss, deletion, or corruption of stored data.

Repairs or inspections carried out by third parties won't be covered under the warranty.

Any problems with your LCD screen must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving your order, failing to report at this timeframe, will make the claim invalid.

Consumable parts like batteries will naturally wear out over time and usage. We won't cover issues with these unless there's a manufacturing defect.
