Cancelling Your Order
We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's how it works:
If your delayed, you're entitled to cancel free of charge. We're committed to keeping our delivery promises, and if we don’t, we’ll make it right by covering all costs.
- If your order is on time, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply. This covers processing and payment gateway fees we incur when an order is cancelled after confirmation.
To request a cancellation, simply login to "My Account" and raise a claim. We’ll take it from there and update you as soon as possible.
Please note: If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you're still covered by our return policy if the product doesn’t meet your expectations.
