Got an item that’s not quite right? No worries! Just make sure to fill out our online claims form within the first 10 days after it arrives. This is super important - if the form comes in late, it might be tricky for us to lend a hand. So, let’s get that sorted ASAP to keep things hassle-free!
12-Month Warranty – Your Safety Net!
All our gadgets come with a 12-month warranty because we believe in the quality of our products. If your device is having a moment, choose “Warranty request” on the form for a free fix. If you’re looking to return your order, simply select “I have received my order and I want to return it.” Easy peasy!
Start Your Claim or Return:
Check out our Claims form on the website to kick things off. Fill it out, and we’ll organize a pickup for your device. A courier will get in touch to arrange a good time to collect it. Fill it out through the below link:

Once we have your device back, our team will give it a thorough check. Whether it’s a repair under warranty or a return you’re after, we’ll take care of it and aim to have everything resolved within 15 working days.
If you submit your device for inspection under warranty or for repair, please take note of the following:
In cases where the device is inspected and no issue is detected, the customer will be responsible for covering all shipping-related charges (pickup and return).
If the inspection reveals that the issue was caused by misuse or damage not covered under warranty, the customer must pay:
All shipping-related charges (pickup and return)
Repair costs (only if they choose to proceed with the repair)
- Repairs will only be completed and the device shipped back once these payments are received.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging along with the charging cable, charger, or accessories.
Please note that in case of a return, if the packaging was missing any of the accessories originally sent along with the device, the amount to be refunded will be subjected to deductions.
However, when requesting a warranty service, please only send us the device not including the accessories.
